ZO Motors Co. Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of zero-emission energy commercial vehicles, is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team.
As a key player in the finance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive financial performance and decision-making. The growth opportunities are limitless!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account company goals and financial standing; assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to management team.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
Requirements and Qualifications
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent experience in finance, MS preferred; manufacturing, technology, automotive industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and analysis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite is a big plus.
- A self-starter driven by curiosity to identify and solve problems for business partners.
- Operates well in a fast-paced environment and adapts to the evolving landscape of company financial priorities and requests.
